Description
Sell personalised products with a guided design and production-review workflow.
Precise Expressions Product Customiser Pro extends eligible WooCommerce products with multi-area customisation and structured production-review tools.
Requirements: WooCommerce, Precise Expressions Product Customizer (Free) installed and active, and an active Pro licence for Pro features and updates.
Free vs Pro: At a glance
Precise Expressions Product Customizer (Free) provides the core on-product design experience. Product Customizer Pro is an add-on that extends Free with multi-area editing, production-review workflows and optional carrier shipping integrations. The Free plugin must remain installed and active.
Free plugin
- Product-page personalisation modal with a live design preview.
- Customer text and supported image uploads.
- Move, rotate and resize designs within a merchant-configured permitted area.
- Support for WooCommerce product variations.
- Customer design previews carried through cart and checkout.
Pro add-on
- Multi-area customisation across configured front, back, top, bottom, left or right design areas.
- Production-review tools, including object measurements, previews, production setup summaries and supported laser workflow modes.
- Conditional Production SVG output when calibrated dimensions and supported output requirements are met.
- Quote and proof review statuses in WooCommerce order administration; merchant review and communication remain necessary.
- Optional Australia Post and USPS shipping methods with the required carrier settings and credentials.
Requirements: WooCommerce, Precise Expressions Product Customizer (Free) installed and active, and an active Pro licence for Pro features and updates.
Customer design tools
- Add approved text and enabled image artwork.
- Resize, rotate and position items within configured editable areas.
- Preview configured front, back, top, bottom, left or right areas before adding to cart.
Production-review tools
- Configure product-specific font and upload policies, laser workflow modes, editable areas and area-specific production dimensions.
- Review Preview PNGs, object measurements, Production Setup Summary data, original-upload metadata where supported by the browser upload flow, and order workflow status.
- Generate Production SVG only when calibrated production dimensions and supported controlled-font/output conditions are available. Unsupported output may be retained as Editable Design SVG or be rejected rather than silently substituted.
- Raster images are embedded in Production SVGs where practical; browser security or size limits can require manual review of the original upload.
Quote and proof workflow boundaries
Quote, proof and artwork controls record review status in WooCommerce order admin. They do not automatically send quote/proof emails, approve production, determine material suitability or replace operator review.
Shipping tools
Optional Australia Post and USPS methods are included for stores that configure the relevant carrier API credentials, shipping zones and parcel data. Live carrier rates depend on those services and store configuration.
