Precise Expressions Product Customiser Pro lets WooCommerce customers customise eligible products directly on the product page using an intuitive in-browser editor. It is designed for stores selling engraved, marked, personalised and made-to-order products where customer design intent needs to be captured clearly before fulfilment.
Customers can add text, upload artwork, choose from approved fonts, and position their design within controlled editable areas such as front, back, top, bottom, left and right. Store admins receive the order data needed for review, proofing, quoting and production preparation.

The plugin is especially useful for stores selling personalised products where the customer should see and position their design before purchase, but the final job still requires admin review.

Production review, not blind automation
Customer previews are treated as design-intent references. The plugin helps capture the customer’s layout, text, uploaded artwork and preferred positioning, then gives the admin structured production-preparation files and measurements.
Production SVGs should still be checked before engraving, cutting or marking. Fonts, artwork quality, material suitability, laser settings, scaling and text-to-outline conversion remain the responsibility of the store admin or production operator.
Quote and proof workflows
For simple products, direct checkout customisation can be used to reduce manual back-and-forth. For more complex products, the plugin supports proof and quote workflows so the admin can review artwork, send proofs, request revisions, mark quote approval and approve the artwork before production.
This is useful for uploaded-logo products, large signs, acrylic cutting, wedding packages, complex artwork, second-side engraving, additional proof revisions and other jobs that may require extra charges or manual preparation.
Shipping tools included
The plugin also includes built-in shipping calculator support for Australia Post and USPS, helping Australian and US store owners offer live parcel delivery calculations without relying on an extra shipping plugin. API registration with the relevant carrier may be required.
